Nurseryworks, the Los Angeles-based furnishings firm founded by Traci Fleming and Kaye Popofsky Kramer, celebrates the younger generation and their design-savvy parents with modern furniture, bedding, and accessories. Fleming and Popofsky Kramer launched their company to provide clean, simple, and modern furnishings for creating the ideal first environment, a vision that reinforced the nursery's relationship to the rest of the home decor.

Netto first introduced modern baby furniture to the world at the JPMA show in 2003, and it's hard to believe that in such a short time so much change has been brought to an industry. A community of designers and manufacturers has risen up to offer young parents the best contemporary style for kids rooms. We are proud of our pioneering role in bringing excitement to a market that we feel should be full of choices. Since then, our company has grown to release four collections and CUB, our new mid-priced line. furniture design. Our products prompt you to spin tales, to dream and to shape
a reality all your own.
Created by Arne Quinze or in collaboration with guest designers from various
disciplines, Quinze & Milan collections encompass parts of a whole rather than
existing as solitary objects. These are designer pieces that imbue a space with
meaning by skirting the edges of all that is obvious. Pieces that exude energy
and push the envelope of design.
All of their collections are rooted in specific projects, including public schemes,
thus guaranteeing an extensive development phase and thoroughly tested results.
Furniture designs are available in a standard range of 24 QM FOAM™ colours,
as well as with leather or fabric upholstery.
In addition to producing furniture at their in-house factory, they work in close
collaboration with specialized manufacturers that make use of Quinze & Milan’s
proprietary equipment when producing their designs. In both cases, the result is
a quality product that has the added advantage of flexibility – particularly important
when serving clients with special requirements.
They can make exactly what you want in short order. Variations in size, colour
or finish? It’s all yours, down to the smallest detail.

the company
baby star is a baby accessories company located in portland, oregon that is devoted to creating high-quality baby products for the design-savvy parent and the texture-loving child. born out of the desire to balance style and functionality, baby star strives to create essential items for both baby and parent in a clean, simple and modern way.

the inspiration
dana bach johnson started the company in fall of 2004 with the purpose of making her new little star shine. after the birth of their first son, dana and her husband bo tuned up the sewing machine to craft the accessories they desired. by joining together dana's background in advertising and bo's in marketing, they developed products that blended cool, hip designs with ultra soft textures. baby tested and parent approved, all of these elements fused together fueled the birth of baby star.

the products
in the fall of 2006, baby star launched a new designer line with a lot of care. keeping true to their design-sense, all of the key baby star essentials, bibs, burps and blankets, are made out of combinations of 100% cotton and formaldehyde-free fabrics. baby star believes in responsibility, sustainability and creating safe products for children. new products available to consumers in holiday 2006.
